Each individual may maintain only one registered account on the 68gl platform. The opening of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same Philippine mobile number, the same GCash-linked identifier, or the same device — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 68gl reserves the right to close all associated accounts, confiscate any balances therein, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your 68gl account, including your legal name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number. You are required to update your account details promptly should any information change. 68gl will not be liable for losses or issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the account holder.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 68gl login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 68gl immediately via the live chat support channel available in your account dashboard.
68gl is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. You consent to providing such documentation as 68gl may reasonably request, including but not limited to a valid government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. All funds deposited to your 68gl account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. You must not deposit funds on behalf of third parties or accept deposits from third parties into your 68gl account. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 68gl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption — even if 68gl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
68gl's total cumulative liability to any individual player for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player to their 68gl account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
68gl reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 68gl will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect 14 days after notification unless an earlier effective date is required by law or regulatory directive. Continued use of the 68gl platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 68gl platform shall first be referred to 68gl's customer support team for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
For disputes relating to PAGCOR-licensed gaming activities, players may also raise concerns with PAGCOR through its designated player complaint channels, consistent with the regulatory framework applicable to 68gl's operations.
